Faulty Goods.
If there is a problem with the goods please contact us. We
will deal with the matter in accordance with your legal rights. We have quality
control measures in place to ensure that we do not supply faulty goods. Items
cannot be deemed as faulty if the fault is a result of wear and tear, improper
care or improper use.
- Lingerie and Garment Care We recommend that all our
garments (excluding corsets, see below), are hand washed. Washing in a machine
may damage materials and reduce the life of the garment. We cannot accept
responsibility of garments should they be machine washed.
- Corset Care Your corset will last many years if looked after properly.
Please follow the instructions on caring for your corset as faults due to broken
bones and busks will not be covered with our exchange or returns policy. All our
corsets are manufactured using Steel bones and busks. To avoid breaking the busk
and bones please loosen off the lacing sufficiently to allow you to put it on
and take it off easily. Once fastened pull the laces from the middle carefully
to ensure an even take up on the body. All corsets need dry cleaning as washing
will eventually rust the bones, It is not necessary to dry clean after every
wear as this puts as much wear and tear on the corset as actually wearing it.
After wear, air your corset to freshen it up. If this is your first time putting
on a corset it may be advisable to get help to ensure you lace it up evenly.
Corsets can minimise your waist up to 2-4 inches, it is advisable to do this
gradually over time.
Changes to These Terms.
These terms were last changed on 18 October 2007.
These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any
time, so please do not assume that the same terms and conditions will apply to
future orders.
